1. Overview

From 11 February 2025, Chocolate (Chocfin Pte Ltd) will partner with HeyMax (Max Now Pte Ltd) to offer a limited-time promotion. During this period, Chocolate cardholders can earn Max Miles on eligible card spend, both locally and overseas.

2. Earning Max Miles

Cardholders can earn Max Miles for eligible purchases as follows:

Card spend	Miles per S$1
First S$1,000 every calendar month	2
Any subsequent spend	0.4

The bonus miles cap resets on the first day of each calendar month.

Max Miles are calculated on a per transaction basis and rounded up to the nearest whole number. Example: If you make a payment of S$8.44, you would earn 8.44 * 2 = 17 Max Miles (rounded up from 16.88)

Miles earned are subject to the conditions outlined in this document.

3. Eligibility

To participate and earn Max Miles, you must:

Have an activated Chocolate card.
Successfully link your Chocolate card to your HeyMax account.
Agree to both the Chocolate Card Terms and the HeyMax Terms of Use by creating an account on HeyMax.

4. Exclusions

Transactions below S$0.50 and transactions using NETS and Nets-related transactions as well as transactions with the following Visa Merchant Category Codes (MCC) and merchant names are excluded from earning Max Miles:

6051	Non-Financial Institutions – Foreign Currency, Money Orders (Not Wire Transfer), Stored Value Card/Load, Travelers Cheques, and Debt Repayment
6529	Quasi Cash – Remote Stored Value Load – Financial
6530	Quasi Cash – Remote Stored Value Load – Merchant
6540	Non-Financial Institutions – Stored Value Card

Please note, this list is not exhaustive and may be updated periodically at our discretion. Chocolate and HeyMax reserve the right to exclude certain merchants or merchant categories at their sole discretion.

5. Clawback and Suspension Rights

Clawback: If any miles are earned but deemed not to meet eligibility criteria or breach the respective Terms of Use, Chocolate and HeyMax reserve the right to claw them back.
Suspension: Both Chocolate and HeyMax may suspend the campaign at any time with prior notice. Regardless of suspension, any Max Miles earned will not expire.

6. General Terms

All rewards earned during the campaign period are subject to these terms.
Max Miles will be credited to your HeyMax account once the eligibility conditions are met. You may reach out to HeyMax for any questions or information on redemption.
Following 1 March 2025, Max Miles will include a decimal point i.e. a transaction can be eligible for 1.1 Max Miles.

7. Credit Timeline

Miles may take up to 30 days to appear in your HeyMax account after the eligible transaction is made.
In case of any disputes, the decision of Chocolate and HeyMax will be final.

8. Amendments

Chocolate and HeyMax reserve the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion without prior notice.
